Pernilla is a true generalist with expertise in communication, community building, and collaborative processes. She has extensive experience in cross-sector work, as well as in working on international and national EU-funded projects. She joined the organization in 2011.

As a coach and business advisor, she is passionate about helping individuals and companies grow, improve, and find their purpose. Her focus is on Talent Attraction and Talent Retention, as well as welcoming individuals who have recently moved to Malmö. Her goal is to make the city a more attractive and international place to live and work.
