Our place is a physical manifestation of our beliefs in making space for community, knowledge sharing, and being an ever-evolving mechanism for affirming and debunking our assumptions of how people create and work.
It’s a co-working space situated across the harbour from the startup house of Malmö (Minc) and Malmö University, next door to Sweden’s public broadcasting company (SVT) and nestled between big and small businesses. We are a place where 500 people at 80 companies come to work, it’s a public meeting place akin to a square, somewhere people gravitate towards and converge, a bustling restaurant, and home to a Futures Library.
We've gathered insights from running and caring for this place for over a decade in the book Work is a Four-Letter Word.
We have six rooms for rent. All rooms are designed and equipped for different needs – a space for workshops with plenty of whiteboards and tables with the same surface, rooms without tables for deep conversations, and a full fledged lecture and seminar space located next to the water and Malmö’s original dry dock with a capacity of up to 130 participants. Next to the meeting spaces is restaurant Stora Varvsgatan 6, ready to provide refreshments, lunch, or dinner for your event.
We offer three types of workspaces. The Flex Desk and Fix Desk are ideal for one or a few people in a small company or for organisations situated in other cities that need a desk in Malmö. With our Fix Offices we offer private offices with desks for 2-12 persons. All offers include flexible furniture and are supplied with internet connectivity, printer, good air quality all year long, access to video booths, meeting rooms and kitchenettes. Our Futures Library is a community driven space for research, inspiration and future thinking. Located by the entrance of Media Evolution, the library is a space to explore new avenues, pause, read, contemplate and debate.
Featuring books on: Futures, Foresight, Us and Technology, Systems and Sustainability, Cities and Habitats, Change Management, and Creative Development. Magazines and newspapers: Noema, New Yorker, Guardian Weekly, Fokus, and Sydsvenskan.

We are located a 10 minutes walk from Malmö Central Station. Bus number 5 and 8 stop right outside.
The doors are open to everyone and our front desk is staffed between 8-17 on workdays.
