The Social Impact Canvas tool empowers you to understand how your work resonates with your audience and society. The Impact Canvas is designed to help with measuring and understanding the impact of the cultural and creative organization. It supports finding adequate measurement instruments that focus on things that really matter and helps in considering different kinds of data as part of cultural work. It can assist in uncovering novel revenue streams and support financial stability.
The workshop is aimed at professional creators/artists and requires that you be employed by or represent a registered company based in Skåne. To get the most out of the course, it is recommended that more than one person from the same organization/company participate in the course session, but the workshop can also help individual entrepreneurs who do not have any partners or whose partners can’t come.
The Purpose with this class is to give participants the ability to go beyond conventional social issues, defining the precise social impact of their cultural business according to their vision.
You can use the canvas to, for example:
During this class, you will work hands-on with your business to identify and implement new ways of developing and describing what you do, and establishing relevant data points and measurement instruments to demonstrate the value of what you do to the external stakeholders.

Please note: Before your seat is secured, you need to sign a so-called "de minimis form", which we then send to the European Social Fund for approval and registration. We will send the form to you shortly after you've registered. Your registration is only binding after you have confirmed your place with a signed certificate. After completing the course, we will ask you to confirm your participation in the course.
Professor Pille Pruulmann-Vengerfeldt invites cultural workers to be productive in describing their work's value, discovering a new perspective on data and indicators of cultural measurement while maintaining a practical, hands-on approach. Pille Pruulmann-Vengerfeldt is a professor at Malmö University and specializes in cultural citizenship, participation in cultural institutions, and issues of data and datafication in cultural institutions.
The class is part of Learn, Create, Engage project that helps develop competence and strengthen people who work within the cultural and creative industries in Skåne, by offering free courses and much more. Funded by the European Social Fund.
