Prices and cancellation policy
Half day (8-12, 13-17, 18): 3,150 SEK + vat
Full day (8-17): 4,500 SEK + vat
Full day + evening (8-22): 5,625 SEK + vat
Media Evolution tennants receive 40% discount, and members of Media Evolution gets a 25% discount. Discount not applicable on hourly rate.
For cancellations made 2 weeks before the event, 50% of the rental fee will be charged. If cancelled within 1 week of the event, 100% of the fee applies. Additional charges for staff may apply during evenings and weekends.
For larger bookings (multiple rooms or extended days), our cancellation policy and fees may vary. Please contact us for customised terms.
