Prices and cancellation policy
- Half day (8-12, 13-17, 18-22): 12,600 SEK + vat
- Full day (8-17): 18,000 SEK + vat
- Full day + evening (8-22): 22,500 SEK + vat
Media Evolution tennants receive 40% discount, and members of Media Evolution gets a 25% discount.
For cancellations made 2 weeks before the event, 50% of the rental fee will be charged. If cancelled within 1 week of the event, 100% of the fee applies. Additional charges for staff may apply during evenings and weekends.
