It’s time for our fifth Community Supper. An open gathering around food and wine among old and new friends. This time we welcome the team from BISe to do the kitchen takeover.

The story they tell us is that Ludde and Laban met at a baseball arena in Tokyo and decided then and there to start a restaurant back home in Malmö. That restaurant came to be named BISe. Along the way, they snagged the fantastic Oskar Lundberg from Bastard, who is now the head chef.

BISe is the neighborhood restaurant with the city's longest wine list. The cuisine and wine always have one foot in France while the other wanders around, eagerly gathering inspiration from all corners of the world. Ludde previously hails from Saltimporten where he ruled the kitchen for 7 years. Arvid was the CEO of MJS, started Boulebar in Malmö & Copenhagen, and was previously the hotel manager at Talldungen.
