Strategies for Competence Attraction

October 8, 2024

1.30 pm — 4 pm

Join us for a seminar and network event on how to better attract people to businesses in Malmö and Southern Sweden. This event will explore key topics like "the importance of place", offer insights on how businesses work, and highlight ongoing initiatives.

As Skåne faces a growing competence gap in the digital and other key sectors, we aim to partner with businesses and the public sector to develop strategies for bringing more talent to the region.

This seminar is a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and perspectives. It’s aimed at companies looking to attract international talent and in need of inspiration, insights, and practical guidance to move forward with their recruitment efforts.
